About Atlas Machine Works
Our History
Founded in 2022, Atlas Machine Works is a family owned business operated by Will and Shannon Rees. Will is a Clemson Mechanical Engineering grad with 20 years of experience in the field. He handles operations and runs the machinery. Shannon has her Masters in Meteorology and is in charge of accounting and administration.
Community
Atlas Machine Works was named after our Great Pyrenees, Atlas. A loyal dog who served as a therapy dog in the area for many years. As a business, we strive to serve the community like Atlas did, helping wherever we can, no matter how small of project.
Family
Family
Family is at the heart of everything we do at Atlas Machine Works. They may not be great at driving forklifts yet, but our kids are around the shop as much as possible; helping out where they can and learning valuable skills.
